Processing Time
Every order is made with care.
- Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order apparel: 3–7 business days
- Custom and personalized orders: 5–10 business days
- Digital downloads: Delivered instantly after purchase.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after your order ships:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International shipping is not currently available. (Remove this if you decide to ship internationally.)
Please note that carrier delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers are outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
